It's actually surreal reading people have under 50 or 100 LINK and talking about hopes of making it and early retirement.

I have a stack of 4800 and held for 3 years now and feel absolutly nothing when it spikes and drops because im so desensitised,

4800 is nothing compared to alot of OG's

At the start when I started reading it I though it was an inside joke to kind of LARP that we have a huge amount but Im slowly starting to believe it now.

I have like 50 so I'll never make it. I also absolutely hate my job (im a nurse) even though i get paid pretty well i actively try not to work much. im in school for nurse practitioner though and enjoying it a lot more, maybe once i graduate i can put some of my pay towards being less of a linklet. If its even affordable by then.

I worked in a glass factory and was a complete shit kicker and put what ever spare money that was reasonable into LINK each week.

Id recommend doing the same while its still relatively cheap, you can never have enough

I'm not trying to crush hopes, I guess it's only something you can understand if you bought early.

I was one of the ones with a small stack and felt like I would never make it and now I seemingly have alot

Its just a really weird feeling

Lots of people here had 50-100k chainlink.

I know one anon had 250k link and another screenshotted 800k link back in 2018. I wonder if they still held.

Those dudes sold most of their stacks. If you think anyone on this board is holding a 50k stack of link you are retarded. Its like hearing the story of the dude who paid 25k BTX for a pizza.

>t. 5.5k link marine

>> No.26404446

I know what you mean OP. It is pretty surreal.
I had 5000 in 2017, but just before this bullrun I sold 1000 link to make up 1 BTC.

I feel almost certain that if I hold 4000 LINK and 1 BTC, that by 2030, I will have made it. I know at least one of these will be my golden ticket.
It’s a weird confidence that I’ve never felt about anything else before.

Hearing people having smaller stacks than me, and I would be considered a major linklet in 2017, is akin to being here when ETH was taking off and I could only afford a handful of them.

OG here with 46k link. I’ll be totally honest I feel like I blew the chance at real fuck you money. I had plenty I could invest and I bought 15k worth of link in 2017 and a bunch of other shit. At the end of the day we are all super early and we should be happy how far ahead of anyone else we are. Basically doesn’t matter how big your stack is you won’t be totally satisfied but let’s enjoy the ride. You can buy dips, if you really believe in link it’s kind of a no brainer

I will say this if the grayscale thing turns out to be true everyone is fucking making it. Feels like that isn’t getting enough attention. That would be massive and an instant spike. I feel tho there might be some misinfo in that reporting

sub 10k here as well. It really is surreal, but at the same time I get what Ben Franklin was saying about money giving you no happiness and only making you want more money. All I feel is regret for not having accumulated more. I didn't have much money but come on it was 18 fucking cents man I was literally buying the absolute bottom. I got about 18 000 LINKs I kinda lucked into it since I was 18yo and got lucky with IOTA and stuff although my linkies were worth $3k in 2018 july. I sometimes think how it would have been if I had just cashed out the $40k in 2018 January and slowly bought LINK with it. Would probably have like 60k LINKs. I was so deluded back then and I still kind of am, but I have learned more about the market cycles, accumulation zones, blow off tops, bottoms etc. Things don't go straight up and straight down. I guess I can be thankful that I'm so young with $400k in LINK, but god damn a lot of anons had 100k+ LINK stacks or even 200k+ LINK stacks. It is a bit weird to see people post sub 100 LINK stacks. One day we will see people post sub 1 LINK stacks.

>> No.26406287

There was an interesting thread the other day ->>/biz/thread/S26267804

This is a nascent asset class and we are still extremely early. Chainlink remains an all or nothing investment - if you believe that trillions of $ will be on the blockchain over coming years and Chainlink is the de facto oracle - then there's no reason it won't have a market cap of several hundred billion $
