I've been waiting for it to dip back to a dollar and I'm on the verge of giving up because it's so immensely aggravating how one fucking chink with a stack of maybe 10k RLC can manipulate the price so much. He's not even a fucking whale, it's just that there's NO VOLUME on this coin- no one is buying or selling- so it's easy for him to play around with the pricing by forcing people to buy a little bit higher. So these little buy orders of "20 RLC" "100 RLC" "240 RLC" somehow move the price up because he keeps moving his walls steadily upwards.
