Old /biz/nessman here. I've been in Bitcoin since it was $100. My life has revolved around it for the past 8+ years and I need to tell you the double spend was real!!! I have heard this from several of my closest associates who have all made millions off BTC. They have all exited.

For the first time since 2013, I own zero Bitcoin. I remain bullish on blockchain and crypto but will now invest in a replacement coin that does not contain this fatal flaw.

Get out now while you can. Expect more instances of this error announced in the coming days.
