i have no clue what free riding is and i'm not 100% certain so dont blindly trust me but from what i've read and experienced, robinhood only just prevents you from trading anything for a day if you make over 5-7 trades in a day (or a higher number in a week i think) if you have less than 20k for trading purposes in the account
