I've only started working for corporate since late last year, so only WFH. luckily the entire team is male (7 guys), 5 pajeets 1 chink and 1 pajeet. Still, all pretty based. We're analysts and consultants so we just put our heads down and do work. Team meetings are structured and organised. "Casual" meetings are kinda boring cause they're online and forced, but okay cause it's only 30min twice a week.

Also before lockdown i worked at a small independent store part time - manager was based (male obv) and we had a good time working together. IMO it depends on the job. When I worked in retail or customer service, a lot of the women i worked with were insufferable sometimes. A few were straight up retarded and actual cunts, but got promoted above me because muh tits. It was all very tiresome.

And yes, it was always dumb drama and gossip bullshit.

Luckily now I work in software, and the women are pretty smart and very good. There might be some kind of office drama type shit, but I'm sure it's small, and I certainly don't see any of it so I don't care.

I've had various relationships over the years. My anecdotal story. I worked at Best Buy and Starbucks while in college and now work for a medical company. At Best Buy the women I worked with were almost all bitchy and self-destructive. I don’t think a single female coworker had any future prospects. At Starbucks I actually worked with several competent women that eventually left for lucrative careers. Most of the men that I worked with were actually the losers. After getting to the professional corporate world, my team is now 90% women. A few of them are extremely competent and I actually really enjoy working with them. There are many that simply ARE NOT. Procrastinate on everything. Always have an excuse. Need meetings to discuss EVERYTHING. Just today I had to endure a 45 minute meeting about changes to a form that we use. The follow up email detailed in five bullet points what the changes were. SIMPLE AS. The meeting was a complete waste of time! Most of it was spent by a handful of the women socializing and joking around, then asking questions about things that they would know if they had been paying attention! The worst part is that nobody is allowed to say anything about this, because then you get sent to HR! As one of like 4 other men in my role, I’m the one that ends up always picking up THEIR slack when they don’t finish their work. I’ve lost track of the sheer number of times I’ve been asked to scramble by my boss to fix their fuck ups.

Can't agree at my job. I work as a software dev in a semi-large tech company (EU, not US) and my female colleagues are just as good at their job than anyone else. I'd say they're overall more reliable and there's actually *less* drama with them because they usually don't think they're some superstar programmer as some of my douchier male coworkers.
