You simply can't, scalpers are too powerful. Your only option is to restrict buying to physical locations and one per person if you don't want to raise the price, or to open the price at something ridiculous like $10,000 and slowly drop the price over time until you find the good supply/demand point.

Selling anything online will always be vulnerable to scalpers running bots. Ticketmaster has the same problem. Comic con also has a problem but they at least have no problem permabanning people so it takes some of the heat off (and demand is so sky fucking high anyway it really makes no difference).
