Any of you guys on coinbase? I've been having a lot of issues with having to close and reopen the app to get shitty refresh updates and recently exchanged my bitcoins at 37,400 but when it went through a right after it made the conversion at 36,800 and I took an insta hard loss on my portfolio.

I'm not sure if I'm missing something here or if they are just that unreliable. And if so what are the chances of them fixing it after submitting a complaint? I wrote down all the information which showed the closest time it had been that low was 30 minutes prior so it wasnt a time fuckup on my part.
