Anyone planning to stake ADA or are any of you already staking? Any tips?

>> No.26140835

Its not worthy it. Its a stake simulator.
I still have money there, but I will withdraw if Ethereum fails to catch up with BTC.

I staked all mine
im going to hold it for a while & not making interest is retarded
I delegated mine, takes 3 epochs to get returns which is 15 days
It's easy & cheap

i know ledger live cant do ada, is there a good wallet to put it in for staking?

in Daedalus it can calculate good pools for the amount of tokens you have.

Cardano is not for holding long term. Take profits and put them in better projects imo. There are literally zero projects being built on Cardano atm, the price is a massive bubble.

Smart contract functionality doesn't go live until March. I expect it will pump in expectation of that.

>> No.26143914

>>26143833
Which is why you don't hold for long periods of time unless fundamentals align with price performance. So far there is zero network effect on Cardano, just a lot of people buying for a higher price.

>> No.26143938

It pumped 20x already. Why should it go higher?

>> No.26144062

>>26143938
>Why should it go higher?
Because it has a very good chance of attracting developer interest. The Haskell based smart contract language is supposed to be much easier to deal with than solidity, it won't have the bandwidth issues ETH has, and there's even a graphical drag and drop smart contract builder for it that non-expert programmers can use. It's a solid project.

DYOR. It's consensus mechanism was copied by Polkadot, and DOT is doing extremely well. Both projects are headed by Ethereum co-founders. That can't be said of numerous projects.

the fact that nigger tier pyramid scheme projects like uniswap are built on eth doesn't mean it has a network effect lmao. this whole asset class is speculative. as it stands right now, cardano is a lot a more promising than ethereum when it comes to protocol viability. we'll have to wait and see what happens after goguen in q1/q2 this year.

>> No.26144732

Cardano is vaporware, nothing happening. Maybe if it goes to a dollar I'll buy but until then I'm going with other projects that have real fundamentals.

You cant pump a token that has 30+ billion supply. How do you expect degen gains?

ZERO qlue on market cap and circulating supply, going in at 1 dollar would actually be fucking stupid because the chances of it going high from there are super low. max 2-3 dollars at best.
