the goal of either a kleros jury or a traditional arbitration jury is to find subjective (read that word 10 times over until your sub-80 IQ brain understands what it means) consensus - i.e how an average layman would most reasonably interpret a contract to resolve a contractual dispute between, in all likelihood, two average laymen. when the parties involved are no longer average laymen, a specialized court with a high staking fee is created, deterring retards from joining the court and fucking up the ruling.
