A friend gave me this 3 linkies few months ago,
I don't even know how to trade them.
I tried to exchange within the Exodus wallet but it says I need 0.035 Eth... to complete the exchange + fees are retarded.

PLEASE advise me how to trade, do I transfer them to an exchange?
and HOW?

1. Make an account on a Centralized exchange like Kraken
2. Send all your crypto there
3. Sell them all for FIAT currency (€)
4. Withdraw them to your bank account
