You can probably just use delta to take a best guess at what the price will be at open.
if the delta is .50, and the stock is up 1 dollar from it's last close, the option you want will be about .50 (or 50 dollars) more expensive than it was at the end of the most recent trading day.
This is assuming all other variables are equal, so there will be some fluctuation for sure, but you still get a decent baseline to guess.
