No. Nothing is based of Proof of Work anymore and is almost all entirely based off "Proof of Stake" or yield farming or whatever concepts which involve infinite supply needing to be taken out of circulation for prices to rise.

In theory something like AVAX with a set limit on the number of tokens can escape this, but it has it's own drawbacks and weaknesses that mean the whole token ecosystem will stagnate and risk collapse.
