Paypal like Jp Morgan and Goldman are trying to keep a middleman to their exposure to Crypto in case something goes wrong. The middle man handles custodian for it, and they invest in that company. The point is that eventually companies dont rely on third parties to preform audits. The audit is done automatically by the oracle/smart contract network. The audit will be spit out in real time by oracles. The point of oracles and smart contracts is to remove 3rd party trust like trusting PWC or say Arthur Andersen to tell the truth about Enron.

Thats the goal with the smart contract/oracles. There isnt 3rd parties doing the audit. The audit is done online by oracles all instantly since its all in the oracle network, even physical objects. They will probably curate the raw data from audits on the network for investors but its all there to see.
