Should I start a company or stay at my prestigious career and invest in crypto.

Depends on what you want in life. Do you want to work for some corporation that only pretends to care about you, gives you non-flexible hours, but at least the pay is good right? Or would you rather create something yourself, even if you are paid less, even if you work longer, even if it fails, at least your work is your own and not under ownership and oversight by someone else. Are you willing to risk what you have to take ownership of your income, and create something you can be proud of, or stay comfortable and hand over your work to someone else? The Choice is yours.
