exactly when the price goes up or down on the japanese exchange the bots move their numbers and buy/sell accordingly. If you look at both, you'll see how fast bittrex follows and well...

Also, even with no verifications for gaijins it would be pretty hard, look at their mona/jpy and mona/btc charts, the mona/btc exchange is pretty "dead", with high spread and one trade every few minutes.
