I just think the most retarded part about this project is the fact that some cases the votes aren't hidden. So stakers can always win rewards no matter what by siding with the majority.
And yes, I know you can appeal the case and you lose your rewards if the decision is overturned, but that's a fucking bandaid to the overall problem. Stakers will probably still end up net positive assuming not every case gets appealed/overturned.

there is an evidence period and a voting period. If only 1 voter reads the evidence and is the first one to vote, the others who dont look at the evidence will just follow the first voter. You can assume that people who vote first, know what the case is about because if you just vote without looking at the evidence and you are wrong, you will just get appealed and loose your pnk and eth earnings. with every appeal the chances that the majority of voters will look at the evidence will rise more and more. thats why its dumb long term to just vote without either waiting or looking at the evidence

The reason is because everything is open and public, so every single decision made by those neets is audited and people who find mistakes can appeal wrong decisions and make money.

Everything is audited and decentralized. Look at the TCR for example. Even Kleros's own token was removed from the TCR for not meetng the guidelines. It had to be resubmitted.

Now imagine this for when it gets integrated as DAI/MAKER due diligence. Every single decision is not only looked at by the jurors, but by hundreds of people just waiting for the jurors to make a mistake because those people can make money off those mistakes.

This is the most bullish thing about Kleros and can be applied to any type of decision making. Forget judge judy on the blockchain, this is what Vitalik is actually excited about.
