AMZ? SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT ANS

>> No.2588235

I got a decent inheritance from my dathers estate just recently. I used about 10k of it to buy a new computer setup plus other electronics. I really wanted to buy from amazon, but they tax the shit out of everything now. Everything (literally) was cheaper from Newegg or Ebay or other sites like Jet.com. Overall I used about 10 different sites, and not one of them was amazon.

But...they did aquire wholefoods and old people no how to use the site and still semi-convenient.

Don't think you're fucked, I just think I'd have invested in something with more of a future like Nvidia or AMD.

This is the correct reply. Most stockholders must just be simpletons that are ok with earning $9 a year in interest.

Do you not understand diversification? Fken buy some bluechips and high dividend stocks with that much capital. That said, AMZN is my fav long stock and makes up half my long portfolio. 1 trillion market cap by 2020

FOMO

They're expanding to Australia in September, which is in dire need of some online retail competition. So I can only see them shaking things up down there and turning a massive profit.

On a more serious note, you should have invested that money on Facebook.

They are more stable in growth (Less inherent risk)

All local Australian retailers are shitting their pants about Amazon coming down here. It's hilarious.

I own a few businesses in aus and welcome the competition. It will wipe out the dealer competition and raise consumer confidence.

Amazon aus is the one to watch , they were talks of international stock divestation and segigation. Floating it on the asx as it's own stationary company.

That IPO would be golden. Fund ma agers are already gearing up for this shit.
Mark my words, the correct collared long or short Play in either side, hell a calculated leverage Play in either side will pay off big Time. Either stillborn IPO's from competitors , or one large fucking short position on amazon that no one will have the balls to properly bet on.
