I'm with Coinmetro but its 'cons' would be that it doesn't have a lot of listed coins. I would guess Binance would have more coins listed, as well as way more volume being traded so if that's something you want, then I'd go Binance. I'm not, and I also pretty much only hold XCM and PRQ (since I'm betting these are gems to hold in 2021-2022) and like you, I don't want to touch uniswap so Coinmetro makes sense for me.
