That's everywhere desu, but personally, I've been following the stellar project for a while now, it was the first crypto project I invested in because it actually seemed promising. I say this as a software dev.

I even tried the stellar sdk and was impressed with it.

Xlm was never really popular on biz until recently. It was actually seen in a negative light. Only until the recent bullish news came out and the huge gains made by stellar did the sentiment of biz change.

I'd advise you look up protocol 15, and 'sponsored reserves' i.e. the service provider will handle the transaction fee of the users.
That will bring to light of why a stable price may not be necessary.

Even if the price of stellar went to insane levels like 10k, the minimum fee would still be small.

I don't think xlm being stable would really matter much, ultimately a bank would just buy a ton of xlm in one go to avoid the unstable price, I don't think it would matter whatever the bank was.
