Depends on if it's hyper nasal or hypo nasal and on what is causing it. You'd need to get an evaluation done by a phoniatrician and/or an SLP first to know what to do about it.

If it's hyper nasal due to insufficient closure between the mouth and nose for instance that might require therapy or surgery to fix. If it's hyponasal (sounds like having a bad cold) you might have some form of congestion or blockage going on. I'd recommend you to go get it looked at if it bothers you a lot.
