A friend of mine works for a company where they provide some of their employees with vans and trucks for work. The company recently decided that they want to install cameras in the vehicles for "insurance purposes". Are they going to use the cameras to monitor employee performance? Is there a legal way to fight this if they try to use the cameras to review performance?
