You can do a trade right now on the so-called low volume, closed source DEX and it doesn't require any XSN, nor will it ever. It is just a delusion manifested under the name "hydra" that the developers are misleading gullible investors just enough to where they don't expose the reality of the situation by carefully articulating their value proposition. The devil is in the details.

But a prudent person wouldn't even need to be familiar with any technological understanding of the lightning network protocol, but could simply look and see that they had no external investment, so they fund their 'operations' which are closed source, by dumping the token on naive investors. It's also clear that they previously exit scammed PoSW when they could no longer squeeze any pennies from it.
