On January 5th, 2021 the US Congress passed H.R. 6192 which instructs the US Mint to mint 100th anniversary Morgan & Peace Dollars.

According to these coin specifications, 90% silver dollars are CONFIRMED and they will not be .999 pure silver coins.

This is not necessarily true. There was a run on the COMEX which nearly broke the system on 23 March. It probably wouldn't survive another run. It is imprudent to try and trade this market. You would jump out of your silver position on Friday, and wake up on Monday and learn that silver has been revalued at $800 an ounce.

I've seen this pattern of
>whale dump (or buy)
>overcorrection
>return a bit and begin ranging again 30% above the dump's bottom
many times in forex too, although those markets are said to be manipulated as well.
Another common pattern is that the dump retraces more slowly and generally further back without overcorrection before resuming the range. I guess that would be a more conservative behavior by other traders.
But sometimes a whale dump is the continuation of a trend or the beginning.

Does anyone else find it interesting that the market caps for some of these junior miners that we’ve discussed for months are actually smaller now? Bayhorse, for example, PMG’s most polarizing stock, had a 20m market cap last summer but is now 15m. So what was an attractive value investment back in August is 25% more attractive now after weak hands have been shaken loose. It’s counterintuitive because humans have this need to “belong” and feel part of a group, but contrarian investing and hunting for value means buying stocks that other people dislike and avoiding companies which everyone loves. So unless a mining company has failed to get a needed permit, is continually failing shareholders, diluting, selling promising properties for pennies, or drilling dusters, then these companies can only become more attractive the more people dislike them, or the more they’re ignored. Quite a mindset shift to intentionally go against the crowd to find value.

Yes, as long as the fundamentals of any given company remain the same then dips don't really matter (provided the stock isn't overvalued). I think the reason for why many of the miners we have talked about are slowly going down is due to a combination of initial market overreaction to metal prices, profit taking, tax loss selling at the end of year and just weak impatient hands.

Last few months have been consolidation time, charts should begin trending upwards now.

My guess is it’s looking like it’s all over for Blumpf, and this means less instability. The markets were waiting to see whether he would pull a real Very Fine People moment and refuse to condemn his supporters. That would have roiled the markets in expectation for more unrest and resistance to Biden, and spiked gold prices.

Everyone still a little freaked out about the Capitol invasion, but Trump's capitulation has mostly quashed unrest expectations.

That could turn on a dime though if another source of instability and fear pops up which could still happen I guess.

okay anons, consider this:
cigarette prices are the primary leading indicator of consumer price inflation
>maximum price elasticity
>minimum popular resistance to taxation
tax hungry states tax ciggies as much as they can as soon as they can
consequently, taxation makes the retail price of smokes respond to currency devaluation before just about any other consumer product
my state just implemented a $2/pack (somewhere about 40%) tax on cigarettes. Hardly even heard about it.

Deso: "Well i gotta go to bed, got family night, already exhausted, and more work tomorrow.

But keep an eye on this. One event does not a pattern make, but if it bounces and stays on 1.1 again - that's definitely suspicious.

The candles show better how fucking silly this is."

LordSnooty:

"Good spot!

If 1.1% is the new line in the sand that the Fed is drawing for the 10 year (and they're prepared to print to enforce it), then that would imply that gold will shortly be going higher (possibly significantly) again. If they allow rates to break 1.1% and don't increase Fed purchases, then the onus will fall on the primary dealers which is going to kill bank lending to the private sector even further - just when the US economy is likely slowing again."

Max Wellian: "Doesn't kill lending to mother govt though."

Lord Snooty: "True - until the banks run out of excess reserves and there's another repo crisis. In the end though, the Fed is going to print more."

He predicted the early 2020 market crash, go look at his tweets. He also bought Klondike at the low, and recommended a rare earth minerals company that soared along with a number of other stocks. All his contributions have been highly original and he's getting better at what he does all the time. Nobody is always right. I don't know any analyst who gets more than 60% of their predictions right. If the COMEX collapses within the next six months and Bitcoin goes to zero it won't matter that he was too early in some of his predictions. Also very childish to call him a "loser" because he has mental health problems. In spite of those problems he is capable of remarkable things which are completely beyond your capacity.

Honest answer but just my opinion so do your own research. 1 of 2 scenarios is likely to happen. 1. Current Market trends continue regardless of politics for the most part aside from money printer go burrr. 2. Biden presidency causes a wave of fear to wash over the market and a mass selloff happens tanking the economy near 08 recession levels leading to more money printer go burr and likely continued gains for PM.

We will all likely continue to see regular gains with either scenario with the second probably being stronger than the first if faith in the USD tanks. Also stimulus checks will continue until moral improves/the USD losses alot of its value.

We've been over this so many times. Think of BTC as an IQ test. It turns out that PMG passed the test, but the rest of the world failed. That's why we are suffering and they are celebrating since the rest of the world > pmg. I believe, however, that the tide will eventually turn because of the flaws of BTC and simply pretending that it is something that is factually not will work only for so long. After all, reality is what doesn't go away when you stop believing. This is exactly what BTC is currently. Everyone is believing in the "digital gold" meme, but it's only a mirage which you know if you are above certain IQ. Despite the collective psychosis, reality will eventually win and btc will be remembered as one of the biggest tulip manias there ever was.

It is not good money, since it's not practical in any way to use and cannot ever be used in large scale or for everyday purchases and also it's not a store of value since there is no value to be stored and you eventually want to buy real assets with it. >being dollar and btc bull at the same time
Well to me this isn't even so surprising since there really are no fundamentals for btc. People are saying that it is correlating to dollar or inflation but no data actually suggest this. There really are no fundamentals for btc which has no other than speculative use. The only fundamental is the greater fool theory which applies 100% to BTC. That's why you need the cult like shilling to spread the gospel so that you get new buyers and new money flows in because otherwise no one can make profit. Even in this thread there are numerous btc shills.

I'm not really worried about spot, it only matters what I can buy with it. And eventually it will go up. As I'm not a very sophisticated trader, I don't care if I could've made more by swing trading or whatever. What matters to me is that I know that no matter what happens no jew will steal the wealth I've worked hard to produce.

According to the Ted Butler interview posted yesterday, it's everybody but JPM.

https://palisadesradio.ca/ted-butler-squeezing-out-the-silver-shorts/

However, the reason everyone blames JPM is because they HAVE historically had massive short positions on silver, which they inherited from Bear Sterns last decade. They were also fined $1 billion for manipulating precious metals markets, which is undeniable.

Despite BTC marketcap looking big, the amount of actual dollars that flows into it is miniscule. Think about the effect printing 1 billion USDT has on the price of bitcoin and compare that to the size of the bond and stock market. BTC is completely a meme, it isn't sucking money away from anything.

People have this zero-sum mentality that if you're talking good about one thing, it means you're saying it's superior or to another. Gold and Bitcoin are two vastly different investments with two vastly different expectations. I expect to make a lot of money with bitcoin. I expect to protect a lot of money with gold. It's a case of 'MY NUMBER HIGHER THEREFORE ME RIGHT'. Just ignore these retards that think Bitcoin and Gold need to be compared every second of the day.

If you have a position that stays grey or even goes green today (without any NR's) then consider adding to that position in case you're unsure of your investments. Also great day to buy dips of course, though that goes without saying

This. If I put $1000 into Bitcoin in a year I'm hoping it's gonna be over double that though also risking it could be half that. If I put $1000 into gold, I expect it to be maybe $1050 in a year or so, give or take.

NO ONE IS TRYING TO BECOME A MILLIONAIRE IN A WEEK WITH SILVER AND GOLD. People cannot seem to realize this simple fact. Gold and silver is, and always has been, pushed as a safe haven for your money, and bitcoin has been pushed as a way to make shitloads of money in a volatile market.

To all my pmg bros. You have to realize that the Bitcoin moon is supposed to demoralize us and take up space in our head rent free. They want us stressing about how vapor tokens are increasing in price by multiple hundreds of percent. Don't focus on it. They are trying to humiliate you. Same with Tesla and all the clown market stocks. It's a show of force to shove sensible value investors' noses in the dirt by showing how long they can keep the markets irrational for their own benefit. Do not give in
