It just hit me like a punch in the guy that the only thing keeping up the value of BTC is just legacy staying power. The thing is a POS, it's slow its expensive it's transparent, it can't do Smart Contracts and it will get taxed out the ass for the """environmental cost""". It literally is held up by the fact that BTC whales are so fucking rich and influential they just shill their bags to everyone, exchanges make sure it's the default pair against every coin.

Once we have true DEXes and the market really opens up people are just going to go with the best product, and BTC is not the best product.

I know I know first mover advantage but give me one good reason why I shouldn't dump all my BTC in LTC, BCH, and XMR which are somewhat tied to it's price but have actual use in actual living.
