What the fuck are my options here? Im guy the guy with the coomer roommate who i also realized i shaking his knees up and down nervously which is shaking the whole apartment for hours on end. So between constant cooming and knee shaking, what the fuck do i do here? My screen wobbles back and forth when hes awake.

I confronted him about it and he outright denied it and said he's not shaking at all then continued to shake all night. I can break the lease for $2,500 but he has to agree to it and I know he won't. What do?
