Both are profitable. But you will rekt yourself if you're not experienced trading. Trading experience, btw, is only ~25% technical knowledge and then the rest is being able to manage your own emotions; the intense fear, panic, and delusions of grandeur.

For trading:

>buy when coin is getting massacred week after week
>sell when coin is rocketing to moon week after week
>don't allow yourself to believe something will moon forever
