unironically, your chances of squeezing into a coding job with no degree is pretty gud now a days if your IQ isn't in the double digits. Learn a little online and if you can tolerate it go to a bootcamp and go from there, some of them will hook you up with internships which look good on resumes, and if you build up a nice coding portfolio you stand a better chance than your average comp sci graduate. End of the day you need experience because thats the only thing that hires. If you dont like coding or dont want to deal with office life, you could go into trade school for 4-6 years and come out with 0 debt and a 25-30+ hour (plus benefits) job (if your in US or Canada, not sure about eu or third world shitholes) But you will likely not find a "career" because people dont have "careers" they have jobs, and jobs arent fun, and life is suffering so get used to being bottom bitch for a few years while trying to make enough money to get your self into either of those 2 options (education for comfy paper pushing job, or trades for lots of money and a broken back). Focus on spending money that makes more money rather than things that take your money and give you useless consumerist shit. Military isn't a bad option OP, i took this route as well, after my contract I came back with a bunch of IT certs and sec+ certs, as well as security clearance and a bunch of credits applicable to college, you get all this while also getting paid a good wage, it may seem like low wage, but you have all your expenses taken care of, so you can save most of your money, i came out with 42k + 21k roth tsp, the military is the greatest welfare program there every was, as long as you're not retarded you can easily transition into a middle class lifestyle with a good job
