How do you reduce anxiety? I have so much anxiety I freeze up and then I can’t do anything. Not even play video games. I literally do nothing. Yes, this is biz/fin related because it affects my productivity.

You may be low on several things, don't know your diet.
Zinc
l-arginine
l-tryptophan
magnesium

Also, if your sleep sucks try to get more sleep. Melatonin helps.

behaviorally: music, exercise, sex.

listen to Sadhguru on youtube, forget the appearances and the mystic folklore and such and focus on what he actually says.
seriously since I started listening to this guy my anxiety and stress have almost vanished, not a joke. the most down to earth man on this planet, you don't have to go as far as meditation and all this shit, just the thought and idea of life this guy expressed is absolutely mind blowing.

go hungry and go for as much exhausting exercise as you can bear, long distance running for example. It is hard as fuck to do and it will make you feel even worse initially, but the caloric deficit combined with physical exertion will wake your body up and make your mind clear and focused, all secondary considerations, which is anxiety in a nutshell, will evaporate. You will feel more alive than ever.

It is really this simple, at the very core anxiety comes from thinking too much and not doing enough.

one important thing, eat less and eat properly (obviously cut sugare, alcool, cigarette etc ... but everyone know this already), this will have a profound impact on your entire metabolism after a few weeks, including your state of mind, believe it or not.
6-8 hours between meal, and stop eating 3-4 hours before sleep, even better 1 good meal per day.
the goal is to have your digestive system at rest not consuming energy for as long as possible so the rest of the body can use the energy for everything else it has to do to function, from there on everything will improve gradually.
result guaranteed after several weeks.
no need to do anything extreme, thats bs ...

Highly likely you were abused a lot as a kid.. I recommend you research various therapy modalities, and find a good therapist based on which therapy modality appeals to you / sounds like it could address your issues... Just avoid psychiatrists they are the drug-pushing quacks. And no the pay rate the therapist charges isn't a sign they are any good, you can find good therapists who are more affordable.

Ignore inevitable brainlet replies to my post of:
>hurrduurr therapists are all jewish faggots

Just think of it as acting on the Socratic dictum to "know thyself". It is not normal to freeze up from anxiety as often or as easily as you seem to be. Usually people suffer from things like that due to childhood trauma, which can be alleviated by therapy (although it's hard work and you have to commit to it, and not look at it as something your therapist just does for you).

you don't, you try to sleep, you stay alone, you eat meat, focus on your money gains, and you try to go walk a bit once harsh days seemed passed, in case of emergency try a bit of alcohol, avoid at all cost if you're easily subject to addictions, and try to improve as a person over time
depending on the reason of the anxiety, it might never go away unless you make it

go on a long walk in the forest or wathever away from the city, about 1h walking every day.
don't think, just do it.

whatever you start doing, don't expect any results before a few months. patience and perseverance is key ...
