Covid really nade me rethink a lot of things and abdicate on a ton of stupid myths.

Do you have any strategy to hold on until the bonus cashout? I am under a ton of stress because my team is full of lazy idiots that either don't know anything or pretend not to know, so my responsibilities keep piling up.
I just want them to leave me alone for 3 months so I can hand in my letter, but they're currently scheduling January meetings for nee projects and to reformulate team dynamics and all that idiotic corporate bullshit.

I have trouble knowing what the bare minimum is supposed to be.
They expect me to coordinate small projects and tasks, I prefer they would just give me out concrete tasks. I have a boss that basically asks us what we need to do and then he only pesters us for results. I think I am going to ask them to give out more concrete tasks for me to perform, so that way I can stretch them out.
