Pretty much all gig work whether it be Uber, delivering food or lawn care are addicting because once in a while you have a good hour and make like $100, plus you get paid immediately which is very addictive, but in the long run significantly out perform any regular job and almost always net far under minimum wage when factoring in simple things like car maintence, lack of employer insurance, etc.

T. Used to be addicted to gig work and always loved the high of making a few massive scores, but when it's all said and done probably bet like $3.50 an hour if not lost money if being honest lmao

I had a policy of never accepting an Asian landlord as a client. Most landlords are stingy with paying their legal bills but the Asians were the worst. I’d just straight up tell them I’m not interested and call to someone else.
