I suppose your approach may differ depending on what your goal is. If the goal is just to get maximum money then another strategy may be more suitible, for me the most important thing is just not having to work though.

I think i would get some real estate but not that much. I would mostly use real estate as a hedge if everything else collapsed, the reason im not enamoured by real estate is because i think the prices are too high. But hey, i've thought for like 8 years.
I would go in to stocks mostly and try to play it safe with most of the money and then have part designated as speculative money to try and find good investments.
i would also put something in pms and also keep a bit of money in crypto, mainly xmr desu.

now, im only a dude in my twenties as well so im not really an expert but yeah good luck.
