There are actively people on social media spreading misinformation that exchanges are "loading up" and "buying the dip", this is all false information. I'm not trying to be a dick here but your thinking model is not very mature. What you fail to understand is that we schizos want XRP to get delisted. You know why? Delisting has 0 impact on individuals who self custody coins.

Simply put, if exchanges start delisting XRP or prevent trading XRP during the SEC black out (e.g while the case is on going) that means no one can buy or sell XRP, thus limit the supply and the amount of individuals who can hold the coin. Normally this means the death of something BUT what you fail to add into the equation is the odds of XRP winning the case. Ripple Labs has declined not one but two settlements and decided to fight the SEC. Additionally Ripple Labs also has the former director of Security Enforcement from the SEC on their legal team.

So here's a thinking experiment for you: What happens when news of XRP winning their SEC case or the SEC dropping the case hits the wire, and all of the major exchanges across the world have the coin delisted? I'll tell you what happens, demand increases exponentially during the window in which the exchanges have to re-activate XRP trading and the court case being announced in Ripple Labs favor. Additionally if Ripple Labs wins, this case will set the precedent for all future cryptocurrencies in America. This is what us schizos have been referring to as "the switch flip"

This exact moment will cause XRP to go beyond parabolic and will cause a surge in value so immense, that it will correct XRPs price to where it should be as a top 10 coin. We predict that XRP will hit around 2k at this time.

Well... I hate to say that but I think I agree with him regarding people moving their coins to exchanges to dump them. It kinda make sense that people who started accumulating mainly for the airdrop and because of the buzz around XRP would get shaken out by this kind of news. I'm not saying that's 100% what's happening but it doesn't seem to far fetched.

People are saying "delist" but in reality it's just a temporary hold on trading. The coin can be activated instantly after SEC makes a decision so there goes the scarcity theory out the window. What will happen is that they will give a timeframe like Bitstamp. They will tell people on x day we will do x thing and that's when you will see a dump. Could people buy up the "dip" and bring the price back up? Of course they can, anything is possible and people love buying dips and holding speculative assets with almost no knowledge of anything just on the hopes that it will skyrocket past the ATH. I get it, and I'm not against people doing this at all, just know that if you own XRP right now, as of today you will be in the red and I mean DEEP in the red once these exchanges all start making their announcements. It's not going to "stop trading" foreign exchanges will still have XRP trading and those people that can't trade on U.S exchanges will move over to foreign ones, use a VPN and short the shit out of XRP causing an even bigger dump. My purpose is to warn people to this possibility and show them the truth of the situation.

Can XRP hold it's current price even with a bunch of negative news and "delistings" (temporary holds on trading for U.S customers)? Yes of course it CAN, but the risk is exponentially higher today than it was two days ago that it's going to have a crazy dump and people will lose a lot of money. You're also assuming that it's an easy win for the Ripple team, and you could be right, but I have my own doubts. If they actually paid groups to make false claims about their technology that could open up a can of worms for them and inadvertently fuck over XRP holders.
