I need a 2x to recover my shitcoin losses (XRP and UNN). I'm all in ETH and will never ever ever ever buy anything but BTC and ETH.

There will be no altseason, fuck shitcoins.

>> No.25162121

Totally right brother. I wish I bought majority of my portfolio on BTC during the summer. Main stack is now ETH and second LINK and third DOT. Don't buy other shitcoins, they will all fail.

While Bitcoin is king and ETH a distant second, there are still legit defi projects. You just need to get in when they are new and not fomo into the peak. Plus everyone needs to hold a couple of hundred $$ of at least one sub-$.01 shit coin. My personal long shot is AMP. Likely won’t do more than break even but if it moons, I’m set.

True for now, but things can change. I made it due to ETH three years ago, but I hold ETH/BTC/DOT/ADA now in a 50/40/5/5 ratio based on USD value.

I just bought some ADA a couple of days ago. 350k stack. How quickly do you think it will get traction? Institutions don't even acknowledge ETH yet.

Jesus that is disgusting I don't blame you. The tech is real though, and people are sleeping on how easy they've made it to jump from ETH to ADA. Once Goguen launches it will begin

I agree, which is why I haven't held any until recently, but from what I have been reading lately about Ouroboros and Plutus, it's sounding like the slow and steady approach may present a real challenge to ETH technically.

Good news, did some research and this thing no longer works at IOHK

>>25163728
For sure, although those years of vaporware were spent laying groundwork and submitting it for peer review, not doing nothing.

Shelley has been a success but Gogurn (smart contracts) will be the real test. Charles says they are well ahead of ETH 2.0 on the actual tech, it remains to be seen. Even if it is better ETH has massive first mover advantage.

I am willing to bet that Charles isn't a liar and that the most likely outcome is that ADA seizes at minimum a sizable chunk of ETH's devs. I could be wrong, I'm just asshole.

Does IOHK have IP protection on their work or is it open source? What would stop ETH from adopting their tech if it proves superior?

True, they are starting to. I just mean you don't hear them talking about it much. ETHE is definitely trading at a huge premium to GBTC. My ETH is all directly held. Most of my BTC exposure is through GBTC so I have been watching ETHE moon with a jealous eye.

everyone is trying to find the NEXT bitcoin, just invest in bitcoin! a few years ago i just started buying a small amount every month and sitting on it, best thing i have ever done
ETH is also the real deal. stop with all the shit coins, just invest in the big boys and your gonna make it long term
