You can see how much you can sell for directly on uniswap. Dextrose is another option for monitoring price but unless you pay for it there will be a time lag.

Figuring out the best time to sell is tricky, if it wasn't we would all be rich. If you are new and just want a quick swing dont worry about selling the top just wait until a profit that makes you happy and take. Remember this is more of a mental game then anything else
