What if I put 200k in crypto in BlockFi, take loan with 50% LTV (100k) and buy property for 100k and then pay out my loan immediately?
I will have some BlockFi costs of course, but is this event taxable? I mean, I just cashed out 100k in crypto and bought a real estate
because I need somewhere to live.
