I bought 1 ETH 2 months ago and I send it to the wallet i downloaded.
But that fucking ETH wallet is still not sychronised and I cant see the one ETH and I dont know how to get to it.
Also this fucking wallet used up all my free space on my drive.

How do I get my ETH so I can remove this bag of shit wallet??????

>> No.2487272

My computer was running 24/7 for almost two entire weeks trying to sync the fucking ETH wallet. As far as I'm concerned, it's a piece of shit that doesn't function. Sorry but you're probably not getting it back.

Yep. The block chain expands faster than some hard drives can keep up with.

Almost every wallet requires an ass load of time and memory to synch. ETH is no exception. This is just the price we pay for being so early to the game.

There are lite wallets for ETH though, such as MyEtherWallet or Exodus. Also hardware wallets such as Ledger Nano S. None of which require any synching, time or space.

For future reference though, any wallet that requires synching should be synched first, before sending your money to it.

Use a light wallet. Extract your private key and import it into said light wallet.

I have no idea what wallet you are using. Just fucking google it. Once you have your private key you can import it into any wallet.

Delete the blockchain and sync it using the --fast geth command. Look on google for a tutorial. I had the exact same issue but after using a fast sync it only took an hour
