anything that shows relative strength in a bear market like link did will perform even better in a bull market, it's basically a rule of markets. alts aren't doing great overall right now cause of bitcoin, it's not just link.

A lot of people felt the same way as you from the accounts I have heard, that's why so many of the old coins are dead with lost private keys.

I missed it in 2010 because I didn't know enough about computers/coding to truly understand the security POW provides and the nature of open source projects.

It's still only at 2.5% global users so I guess we missed the golden years but get to see BTC and other crypto assets become commercialised.

I mined 1 ETH (the limit on ethermine back then) around feb 2017 at a 17mh/s hash rate on my r9 380, remember everyone was going crazy about the increase to $20, every other thread it was just "buy eth"
I checked back in around june and I saw the price was quite high and I was very confused
