All corporations, franchisees, 3 letter agencies, institutions could not as such just outsource their DATA compliance, auditing and regulatory needs (even remotely) thought state Channels they could commandeer their own blockchain from it to be adopted by all those in their own industry and become the industry standard for all others to follow.

This all being built on the DAG but enabling early industry adopters to set the standard and profit and revamp their own industries all at the same time.
