Can a smart anon enlighten a dumb anon if this is possible? Suppose one wants to transfer value from one crypto exchange to another without actually sending coins of fiat. Is it possible that one simply makes opposing trades on these exchanges and effectively one balance increases and the other one decreases? Has anyone got any experience? What are the risks? Can one use leverage to accelerate the process or would it be retarded due to scam wick danger or similar? What would be the best strategy to accomplish this goal? t braindwarf

Yes but its still a fee based trade. I do it once a month. Im just swapping really and it takes 10 to 20 minutes to clear. I dont move with leverage.
