What is the weirdest way I can legally pay me employees? Like can I pay them in prepaid visa cards or amazon gift cards? Is there any benefit from paying employees is weird esoteric ways? My goal would be to almost trap someone in a position because they wouldn't be able to afford to leave or doing so would be too much a hassle to keep cash flow going. Alternatively just something to fuck with employees would also be funny.

Give them a house in form of payment along with small stipend for food and little luxuries. Quitting would mean house rights taken.

You have to get it written into the employment contract, and good luck getting anyone to work for you for payment in anything but dollars. MAYBE you could get someone willing to be paid in physical gold/silver or crypto but good luck finding them.

job sites in remote areas are often feudal enterprises. They pay good money but a lot of it goes right back to the company in form of room and board. My advice to you is open up a mining camp or something in the middle of Africa where there are less regulations

That is not a bad idea but surely that is not legal. How would I go about setting this up. Would I have to keep the house OSAA safe?

>>24704877
I am sure with 22 million unemployed in the USA that I could find someone to do it. People are so desperate for a job here I couldn't imagine not getting at least one person to fall for it.

Not sure but have you ever seen storage places, there’s an on-site employee 24-7 and they either live in a flat or small house. Look up legal ramifications of how they do it. I’m sure it’s not complicated, probably need a contractual agreement.

>> No.24705232

Absolutely. It'd basically be like a prepaid apartment. Honestly if you got like 30 employees building a small apartment complex near your business may be a cost effective idea along with a good investment earning yourself equity and now an apartment complex.

I wish I had the capital to do that. I all I have is a small house I am renting out aside from my own personal home. Maybe once the lease is up with that tenant I will look into it more.

Why do you want to fuck with a person that hasn't done anything bad to you?

>> No.24705319

>>24705232
Let’s say you have 30 employees with average pay of 40,000$ That’s 1.2 million a year in pay. If you cut pay down to 10,000 average that’s 300,000 a year in pay. Let’s assume you build a 30 unit complex for 5 million. You could potentially have it paid off in in 5 years.

Because its funny? What kind of question is that?

But mostly I want someone who is dedicated and a good worker that I can trap into working for me endlessly until their soul is used up and then I will fire them and do the same to next person. I hate hiring people and training people so I'd rather just have a good worker not be able to leave.

I work for a company that has an operation in Liberia and part of their pay is in rice. If we don’t do that they’ll start starving and there’ll be food riots.

>>24704793
Whatever form the payment takes, be sure to pay it out daily. That will encourage them to plan their finances in the shortest possible time frame. They’ll continuously be short on longer cycle payment likes rent, which will maximize their dependence.
I do this with my landscape Mexicans and it works great. I experimented with twice daily payments, once before lunch and once at the end of the day, but that caused them to go a bit more feral than I like.

In theory that is nice but it never works in practice. Employees leave all the time for stupid reasons. The worst is when they have kids and want to take time off to be with family. They always come back lazier and lazier. It is best to make sure they can't afford to displease you.

Gamestop pulled this about a decade ago. As far as I know they stopped after some media backlash and some viral video of an ex employee rafing about it on youtube. Pretty bullish for GME

Can confirm.

I had a tree climber who was great. He’d work 7 days a week when I needed it, to afford his meth habit, and he would take insane risks of dying because of same.

Guy got with some woman who helped him kick his habit and he was constantly wanting to take weekends off so they could go places. Was almost going to buy some meth and just give it to the guy, but I don’t know where to get it and didn’t want to get ripped off.

They started drinking at lunch mostly, and fighting on the job after.

This is their normal habit at the end of a workday. They take their pay to a convenience store and buy chips and tortillas and beer, then get drunk and fight. Should have seen it coming but as soon as they had the lunch payment in their pocket they did what their nature told them to do.

That’s what I’m saying. Why do you think military personal continually enlist, they can’t see themselves not being taken care of by the military. Obviously plenty of people quit the military because they think it’s gay or can do better, but A LOT stay because of its benefits. Health insurance, home, cheap groceries. Think about it the more value you provide the more dependent they become. You’ll obviously have to work this out so it’s costs effective, I mean it’s basically backwards integration and economies of scale.

>> No.24705840

>>24705735
Well first you have to make them dependant and they will stay. Plus even if three people leave eventually one will stay and once you have them in this system you theoretically have them for a long time or until they kill themselves. Stop thinking of employees as people, they should be thought of as tools.
