Check SHRM website. There is a lengthy write up about why it is taking so long. They finished filling papers months ago, only to be asked to file more. There are rumours in the community their competition had the sec look into them to slow them down. I dont know. What I do know is almost everything is closed in canada and anything that is sent by mail is going to be delayed. This is undervalued at the moment. Should easily be trading in the 2-3 dollar range. They own the CRTCE and already have partnered with health canada.

I really do think I’m done. I used my entire portfolio to buy calls expiring 24 December on Tuesday, the day before the start of the worse dip in months. I do this of course after successfully predicting the rises in several stocks, many “what if” scenarios where I almost pulled the trigger and bought calls. It built my confidence up until I actually do it. Now I’m down 2 grand and it looks like at best we’re crabbing today. Do I save the rest of my portfolio and just sell these contracts?

Vaccine sales will also net Pfizer and biontech about 8.1 billion american usds iirc. Pfizer is currently developing alzheimer's drugs with some promise. They also sell epipens (thanks to Mylan merger which also made Pfizer the biggest pharma in the business), Xanax and Zoloft brainmeds. i.e. 2021 seems like a very nice year for PFE (if divvies are your thing, PFEs annual rate is about 4 %).
