How do I send emails to 1,000,000+ people?

I've gathered their email addresses from a former crypto related blog I ran years ago. I'm launching a new crypto related blog, what is the best tool to email them?
I just want to send like 1 email to notify them of my new site. Is there a software to use, only one Im familiar with is constantcontact. I'm afraid if I blast them direct from my server, my outgoing emails will start getting flagged as spam.
