I chased two girl scouts selling cookies down my block. I worked at an Amazon warehouse and the harassment charges didn't show up, only the possession. I'm thinking that possession is more serious than harassment, if thats the case, thank god lol.

The size of institution will determine the level of the scrutiny, I've worked for two financial services firms (15 people and 250k people) in the asset management space.

The little shop did nothing and the big shop did a 10 fingerprint scan, drug test and full background check. In addition, I have to attest on a quarterly basis that my record is accurate and has not changed i.e. each time you lie is a breach of contract

TL;DR - probably not gonna happen, there's too many other equally qualified people who don't pose potential litigation risk that they can hire. That said, I know of one senior guy who's had a number of DUIs. He still works.
