I get the sense that people in Texas will buy as much as they can get no matter the cost or the leverage required. Get the absolute biggest house, biggest truck, biggest TV, newest phone, etc no matter what. Am I wrong in thinking that almost everybody here is up to their eyeballs in debt?

Most of those cucks are from out if state, like you, and have little concept of life outside of the city. plus, there is a ridiculous amount of money in Dallas and Houston. I don't think people understand how much money flows to and from those two cities alone.
