I know this full well as someone who sucks at interviews despite years of training/effort to improve but extremely productive once I'm on the job, to the point that smaller companies I end up at often overhaul their dev interview process. FB and the big five seem to fleece the shit out of interviewees more than most companies for what ends up being a basically lame grunt dev job. The interviews will keep people like me out, especially as a white man who already draws ire and stronger efforts to weed me out
