Story?
My friend. I work on the ambulance. We visit and pickup people like this every day, in every city. There are so many many of these guys and women. Ranging from 3-10 in crazyness. You rarely see them outside. Some can go out shopping (they're smelly as fuck) others get visits every day from the government nurses.
They usually have ongoing or history of psychiatry, with paranoia, hallucinations, drug and or alcohol abuse. I mean you can have fully normal conversation s with them when they're not at their worst. Some just repeatly yell scream and kick and we have to get help from the police. Imagine the smell. It stays with you. I have seen them much worse than this. Old rotten food, bedbugs, piss and shit (sometimes in jars I'm not kidding), newspapers from 12 years ago. They have a small path from the bed to the toilet and all the rest is just trash stacked and stacked. Some of them call again and again with vauge complaints of chest pain and wants us to help them with all kinds of other shit. Sometimes just to keep us around. I'm on my phone so I'm stopping typing here because I could go on but just ask

Looks like a severe alcoholic to me. All of those stains are likely from the vomiting. My brother is an alcoholic and ended up in the hospital and getting evicted a few years ago and his apartment looked sort of like this. In his case there wasn’t quite as many stains but there was a hell of a lot more empty bottles and cans.

To follow that:

My wife was a mortician via family business - a case she told me about was a man who just gave up: he quit eating, drinking, getting up to piss, shit, shower, clip nails, brush hair - he just sat on his couch for months on end dying more and more daily. Probably drinking enough soda to keep blood sugar up and liquid in his body, he eventually went into cardiac arrest and died on his couch. He sat in his rv for a few weeks in the summer before someone found him (his ex wife) he was very decayed and full of maggots when discovered

Another one - was a man who was found dead also on his couch who had a heart attack while jerking it to tranny porn (magazines and video). His family found him too, just another lonely guy who was left to himself without close contact from his family

Yes. You stop wondering. Now we only ask in the worst cases.

There are a few
Like another guy replied sometimes they are found months after dying only because the neighbours complain of the smell. I remember going through this smelly house with no electricity (no bills paid) and a flashlight. Climbing up stairs like to the attic and scanning the room and then I just saw the blue fat feet in the light cone and big round stomach. It swells up. He was like soldered to the mattress with body goo. We couldn't lift him because then the skin and limbs would come off. If you imagine the smell then imagine when you puncture the skin. It's ungodly horror hitting your nostrils. So we wrapped him and the whole mattress in plastic. The maggots were hiding under the mattress. They fucking slowly wiggle in the direction you pull the body I'm serious.

Another guy was preserved but quite tender after dying in his bathtub. Perfect 4 the smellz

The latest worst case was a guy we were called for by the government nurse. They were standing outside in covid suit when we came. He would just kick them out when they came to visit and again poop in jars etc. Had been going on for too long. I went in to say hello and just ran to the window to let out the smell but the window was already fully open. He was like a cocoon living on the sofa. Long hair, skelly mode, could barely walk and not that old. Around 50. I reached out my hand and saw he only had one arm so he wanted me to get in close like a hug. I had to say no. I just pulled the lump on his shoulder and it worked. This was to get him from sitting to standing from the sofa. His skin was like cornflakes like dried up blisters all over. I don't think he had showered for months. He could walk if we supported him so we got him outside and wrapped him in a thousand blankets so the dead skin wouldn't fly around in the back of the car. Told me he used to work in IT and helped bring internet to the country

Yeah you could call it that. Like a depression leads to lack of hygiene, starvation, intoxication and you become more fragile? Can take 20-30 years before it kills you.

>> No.24581177

>>24580801
Not only this but the bad nutrition and lack of general fitness basically turns you into a zombie. It's how people slip into worse disorders they may be genetically predisposed to like schizophrenia among other things.
