I know lots of realestate agents who have taken big hits this year as economies shrink, theres still profit, but the market as a whole is trying to modernise to reduce costs and increase efficiency.

Watching a Property Tech webinar last week with big players, I found out about a crypto startup called UTRUST that acts as a crypto to fiat payment gateway,

The points that impressed me were how it

> Makes cross border payments frictionless when normally it is a huge pain in the ass

Another huge feature I had no knowledge of is how properties can be tokenised and investors can by a share of a rental property and get passive income. This fraction can be easily traded electronically on the blockchain as the contract is coded into the NFT token.

Can anyone share what they know about UTrust?
I hold a few BTC but don’t know much about crypto.

I've seen the announcements on lots of Utrust property partners the last few months, they must've be focussing there last june/july if they are promoting it now.

Utrust is a reallty good investment, they're a totally legit business not like most ghetto crypto projects
You saw their CEO on that webinar, they are really professional and know how to reach their goals.
None of the other crypto projects i'm invested in work as hard as Utrust.

Sounds like your already intrested, buy a few thousand now while it's on sale, and use that as motivation to read and learn more about what they are doing and all the financial side of things.
After your done reading get into the Telegram group and ask lots of questions.
