It will affect all Chinese stocks, that they need to receive the same treatment as every other company listed on US exchanges. (it will not affect subsidiaries that have less than 33% of their business in China)
It creates a window now of 3 years basically for everyone to get their shit together and hammer out a deal. This bill is more to force the issue, by creating internal pressure in China to push the CCP for transparency (companies will not want to be delisted, so will push for allowing PCAOB to do audits)
It will also possibly eliminate some stocks if they are too linked with the CCP, the bill makes it that if there are members of the board high ranking CCP officials the stock may run into regulator issues
NIO also may run into some issues being 24% owned by Hefei CCP, but may also be fine
Many different big name stocks that you would buy will most likely be fine, and in the long-run transparency in financials will be best for the markets

This all comes down to three things. First loss management at what % loss are you willing to sell. Second for longer term boomer stocks what % is your profit taking, usually in this case I sell e ougj to cover the cost basis and let the rest run for profit. And in the case of parabolic memes, how many std deviations form the mean is it trading at and is there fundamental data for it to stay there. The important thing of course is keeping to your rules. 2. Sold all these options to lock in profits
