Well, the last dump was worse, and this dump has had much higher lows.
This usually signals more buyer confidence, meaning people are less scared about it crashing.
However, you will most likely run into another issue around 25k, if it makes it there, meaning potential returns for btc are 25% with quite a lot of risk.
This is all speculation though, it could all crash and burn
