I have been using kraken for some time and don't have much bad things to say about them apart from them wanting to get more personal with their customers. I've used Kucoin before. It's reliable for me. Tradeogre is pretty good but has lower volume. Both of them are non kyc.
Morphtoken is a coinswap service that doesn't require kyc.
Bisq is a p2p program that doesn't require KYC, though you will need to get Bitcoin first.
Local Monero is a p2p way to get Monero. You can very likely find someone selling in your area for cash.
